Mialy, Haingo, and Stan at the forefront of communication
The ECS Madagascar Communication team is now fully formed! Under the leadership of Mialy Randriamanga, Communication Manager, the team includes Haingo Ratsimisetra, Communication Project Manager, and Stan Patrick Rafiakarana, Designer/Community Manager.
With over 15 years of experience in Marketing and Communication, Mialy Randriamanga leads ECS Madagascar’s Communication department. For her, communication is never boring and constantly presents new challenges.
Outside of her professional life, Mialy has a passion for cooking and dancing. She even opened a dance school and runs a small pastry business on Facebook, skillfully balancing her personal and professional life.
But her commitment goes even further. As President of the Board of Directors of the Miralenta Cooperative, Mialy actively supports four associations dedicated to helping underprivileged children, orphans, struggling families, and individuals with autism.
Haingo Ratsimisetra serves as the Communication Project Manager. With eight years of experience, she stands out for her passion for professional challenges. She finds motivation in solving problems that many would prefer to avoid.
Beyond her professional role, Haingo devotes her free time to social initiatives in her neighborhood, organizing educational and recreational activities for children.
Stan Patrick Rafiakarana is the latest addition to the Communication department. With seven years of experience in visual and video creation, including six years in community management, Stan brings his versatile expertise to the team.
Passionate about creative challenges, Stan also excels in music composition and writing. A football and basketball enthusiast, he brings fresh energy to the department.
