Continuous training for the holistic development of all

The LEAD Program
Belinda Rault, Group Talent Manager, shares her enthusiasm about the impact of the Eclosia LEAD program on “the development of collaborative and leadership skills among the group’s managers.” Launched nearly three years ago, LEAD specifically targets Eclosia’s managers and team leaders. The first cohort brought together 14 managers from 10 of the group’s companies for one year. The third LEAD session was launched on February 26, 2024, with 21 participants. Co-created by the CTC Leadership Centre and Eclosia, this program represents a significant milestone in the group’s ongoing commitment to talent development. Marine Boullé, Leadership Academy Manager, emphasizes that “participants leave the program with a transformed understanding of themselves and their role within their organization.”
“Our program is highly inspiring and designed to have maximum impact by emphasizing active learning, sharing best practices, and practical application in real-world work situations,” explains Belinda Rault. Participants are encouraged to question their current practices, solve problems, and take on new challenges.
Coaching
Coaching is a process designed to equip individuals with tools and knowledge to strengthen both employee and organizational resilience and efficiency in the face of change. It focuses on unlocking a person’s potential to maximize their own performance, guiding them to learn rather than directly instructing them.
How does it work in practice? Once the employee and their direct supervisor agree on the objectives, the employee receives a directory of different coaches and can choose the one best suited to support them.
Mentoring
As part of a mutual enrichment approach, mentoring at Eclosia has taken on a new dimension with the creation of the Mentoring Directory in 2023. Belinda Rault highlights that the diversity of mentors, coming from various companies within the group, enriches this initiative. “Being a mentor is above all a human adventure. What matters most to me is helping others succeed and always giving more than we receive,” shares Raymond Houbert, Head of Operations at KFC.
This initiative, made available after prior discussions with hierarchical managers and the HR department, offers Eclosia employees a valuable opportunity to benefit from the experience and wisdom of their peers.
Well-being Training
Continuous training supports career advancement, but it can also help restore balance. Beyond professional development, Eclosia offers ‘Well-being’ training programs, introduced in response to growing concerns about psychosocial risks. Pierre-André Boullé, Wellness Manager, highlights that these trainings address new workplace challenges.
The methodologies used range from art therapy and sophrology to mindfulness meditation, among others. Open to all, these programs reflect the group’s commitment to employee well-being.
Retirement Preparation Training
For the past three years, Newskills has offered a dedicated training program to support employees over 55 in their transition to retirement. This initiative aims to equip them with essential tools for a fulfilling retirement, addressing the emotional, physical, and psychological aspects of this major life transition.
The training integrates these various realities into a balanced plan, helping employees prepare for a smooth transition. Topics covered include new realities of retirement, change management, professional identity, time management, building a support network, and redefining expectations. These subjects aim to better prepare employees and enable them to fully enjoy their retirement.
By emphasizing health and well-being, the training encourages participants to reflect on their goals and create balance in their daily lives. By building a strong support network and redefining their expectations, they will be better equipped for this significant life stage.

A Partnership with St Gabriel to strengthen skills at Maurilait
A dynamic partnership has emerged between Maurilait and the St Gabriel Technical College. Eleven Maurilait operators recently obtained their certifications after completing an intensive training program at St Gabriel Technical College. The starting point for this initiative: Maurilait’s need to enhance its operators’ maintenance skills.
By collaborating with St Gabriel Technical College, renowned for its expertise in industrial maintenance, Maurilait has provided its employees with in-depth training. The results are already evident: a better understanding of their profession, increased operational efficiency, and the ability to quickly address technical issues.
Fahiim Erahdun, team leader at Maurilait, expresses his enthusiasm by emphasizing the importance of maintenance in reducing breakdowns and ensuring product quality. This ambitious partnership does not stop here; it aims to transform these skills into industry-recognized academic certifications, offering a clear path to professional growth for Maurilait employees.
