How is Panagora preparing for the 2023 holiday season?

At Panagora, we are approaching the 2023 holiday season with strategic planning and an in-depth analysis of market trends. We have strengthened our supply chain to ensure that our products remain consistently available. Additionally, we have improved our logistics systems to efficiently manage the surge in deliveries during this critical period. We also engage in early discussions with our clients to streamline the delivery process. Finally, we anticipate our human and material resource needs as early as July to ensure the success of our end-of-year operations.

 

What lessons have you learned from previous years in terms of holiday season challenges, and how are you applying them this year?

Past years have taught us the importance of proactive inventory management and transparent communication with our suppliers. This year, we have implemented more accurate forecasting systems to anticipate demand and prevent stock shortages. We are also placing greater emphasis on customer service, training our teams to effectively meet clients’ needs.

Our teams are working tirelessly to meet rising demand. We have increased stock levels of the most popular products, strengthened our in-store teams to enhance customer service, and optimized our logistics chain for fast and reliable deliveries.

What are the current consumer product trends for the holiday season?

We are seeing a growing interest in sustainable and ethical products. Consumers are increasingly conscious of product origins and quality. In response, we have expanded our range of local products. Additionally, there is a rising demand for ready-to-eat meal options, aligning with today’s fast-paced lifestyle. We are also striving to meet consumer preferences by keeping their favorite brands at the core of our offerings.
