Aurélie Duchenne: “Building a ‘toolbox’ to tackle digital transformation”

Nov 07, 2022

At the beginning of the year, a training program from Université Paris Sciences et Lettres – BECOMING MORE DIGITAL – was conducted to help Eclosia’s executives gain a better understanding of the different aspects of digital transformation. A second phase, with a shorter training session for managers across Eclosia’s various companies, has just been launched. What are the objectives?

This training, structured around workshops, videos, quizzes, case studies, and theoretical insights, is aimed at managers, operational leaders, and executives. It seeks to raise awareness about digital challenges and clarify their role in their company’s digital transformation. The program helps them better grasp both business and technological concepts, allowing them to apply these insights to their own fields. Another key objective is to foster a strong digital culture and build a committed community around digital transformation.

Why is this training important for participants?

To successfully navigate a company’s unique transformation journey, it is essential that teams share a common vocabulary and understanding of the challenges and available resources. The training is designed to provide this shared foundation. It also highlights each participant’s individual responsibility in this transformation, as everyone has a crucial role to play.

What will participants gain from this training?

The program will help them clearly identify the key levers they can use to drive change. It will encourage them to rethink their operational, collaborative, and innovation approaches. Additionally, it will enhance their understanding of certain technologies and methodologies—essentially providing them with a "toolbox" to address the business challenges of digital transformation.
