15/03: A new co-working space for collaborative or solo thinking

Transforming vacant office spaces into co-working spaces is very much in line with current trends, especially in a time when many companies are left with deserted offices due to telecommuting. Circus! is riding this wave with a turnkey solution: 15/03.
"Since the first lockdown in March 2020, our employees have adopted telecommuting. We ended up with empty square meters, which wasn’t very efficient in terms of space management. In April 2021, we came up with the idea to open our doors to other businesses," explains Vincent Montocchio, Managing Director at Circus!.
Reorganized spaces and a renovated wing, equipped with the necessary digital tools, now host several companies. What was once the domain of startups, co-working has now expanded across all sectors of the economy. Both businesses and budding entrepreneurs are finding their place in these hybrid, flexible, and most importantly, cost-effective workspaces. "In addition to some Circus! employees, the walls now house a premium space for businesses, as well as offices for an architectural firm, an executive recruiter, and a coach."
Named 15/03 in honor of Thierry Montocchio, the founder of the agency, whose birthday falls on this date, Circus!’s shared offices aim to become a place of connection and collaboration. "By welcoming freelancers, consultants, and those in need of a temporary office, we’re creating new synergies." Furthermore, the venue is intended to be an inspiring place long-term. Art exhibitions, meetings with writers and filmmakers, the 15/03 is meant to offer a true creative experience.
A buzzing beehive signed by The Hive
It’s The Hive Workplace that assisted Circus! in this new venture. "Since 2016, we’ve developed expertise in managing and animating rental office spaces. Our young team is revitalizing the world of rental real estate. This allows us today to generate real added value for property owners. We worked with Circus! to define the space layout strategy and the marketing positioning," says Nicolas Dalais, founder and CEO of The Hive.
