Duties and Responsibilities

The HR & Talent Manager is responsible for overseeing HR operations while driving talent management and learning & development initiatives. This role ensures smooth HR processes across the organization, with a strong focus on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and employee development programs. The HR & Talent Manager will also lead training initiatives to enhance workforce capability and align talent strategies with business goals.

 

  • Lead the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the right talent is hired at all levels.
  • Oversee the Performance Management System (PMS) and ensure continuous feedback mechanisms.
  • Drive training and development programs to enhance employee capability.
  • Implement succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Ensure HR operations align with company policies and Labor laws.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify workforce development needs.
  • Support employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR operations in collaboration with the HR Operations Manager.
  • Assist the Head of HR in providing human resource support to business units of Pick N Eat, locally and across the region.
  • Assist the Head of HR in the development and implementation of the global hr strategy for Pick N Eat Group

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on talent management and employee development.
  • Strong experience in training, PMS, and performance-driven HR strategies.
  • Strong experience of HR operations and HR best practices.
  • Sound knowledge of compensation and benefits management
  • Passionate about Human Resources, you are ready to make a difference and grow in the role.
  • A self-starter with a roll-up sleeve approach, with strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment, with the capability to follow through different issues.
  • You have a high sense of internal and external client satisfaction
  • Candidate must possess a valid car driving license.
