- Hiring & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that restaurants are properly staffed with quality employees. This includes developing recruitment strategies and ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Workforce Planning: Collaborate with restaurant managers and area managers to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak times and seasons, optimizing schedules to maintain service standards.
- Leadership Development: Identify and nurture high-potential employees for supervisory and managerial roles within the restaurant.
- Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives that boost morale, recognize top performers, and ensure a positive workplace culture. This can include reward programs, team-building activities, or regular feedback sessions.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize workforce data to identify trends in employee turnover, absenteeism, and other metrics, and take action to address any potential issues.
- Budgeting: Manage HR-related costs within the allocated budget, including staffing, training, and compliance costs, ensuring that expenses are aligned with the company's financial goals.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience in performance-driven HR strategies.
- Strong experience of HR operations and HR best practices.
- Sound knowledge of Labour Laws
- Proactive and hands-on, with a strong ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments while maintaining efficiency and focus.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment, with the capability to follow through different issues.
- Committed to delivering exceptional service, fostering both internal collaboration and external client satisfaction.
- Candidate must possess a valid car driving license.
