Duties and Responsibilities

Target and canvass potential clients to sell FTL services

Develop Sales to existing Customers

Participate in the research and development of new services / products / markets

Price negotiations with agents

Preparation and sending quotations

Collection of information for statistical purposes and sales analysis

Organise, plan and manage resources to achieve goals and objectives

Management of Customer feedbacks and complaints

Profile

Working experience in a similar position in the freight forwarding sector

Good command of Sales and Negotiation techinques

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Demonstrate effective listening skills and uses written communication efficiently

Ability to work in a Team

Adapt and respond positively to change and handle pressure

Demonstrate a culture of Customer service both internally and externally

Holder of a valid driving licence
