• Motivates and coordinates the work of the sales department and ensures that the quality of service
provided to customers is up to standards and is satisfactory to the best of their expectations.
• Close sales with profit margins as defined by the budget and according to the mandates delegated by the
Country Manager.
• Consolidate FTL's customer base and develop new areas in collaboration with other operational departments and our agent networks.
• Work closely with operational departments, including Sea Import & Customer Care, Sea Export, Air Division,
Customs, Depot and Projects, to ensure impeccable service.
• Prepare/chair Staff Meetings and hold one-on-one meetings
Profile
This position requires an HSC/BAC and a minimum of 8 years of experience in different cargo departments
including marine and air operations (import and export) and sales,
OR
an HSC/BAC + 4 with specialization in International Trade / Logistics and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position with a freight forwarder, shipping line or other company operating in this field
