Duties and Responsibilities

The HR department of Eclosia Group is looking for a highly motivated Trainee HRIS Analyst to support the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) Implementation Project. 

The ideal candidates will embrace the exciting synergy of Technology and Human Resources Management and will demonstrate high interest in innovation and organisation.

• Learn and apply HRIS project management methodologies and best practices.
• Assist in HRIS project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure successful HRIS project implementations.
• Support the team in developing and maintaining HRIS-related standard operating procedures.

Profile

• Holder of a diploma/degree in HR, Information Systems or equivalent (new graduates will be considered)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data management tools.
• Familiarity with HRIS is a plus.
• Rigorous, organized, and methodical, reliable, with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
