Associate Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities

Participates in the development, design and implementation of technical support systems in a way to provide user-friendly projects;

Attends the trouble shooting of problems encountered, and assists in finding appropriate solutions;

Assists functional teams in support cases or during project implementation;

Participates in brainstorming and R&D to ensure speedy performance and test the developed solutions to ensure conformity to defined specifications;

Assists in day-to-day operations as assigned by the Lead Developer.

Profile

Degree in Software Engineering or other related fields

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;

Willingness to learn new technologies and different fields of expertise in IT such as Databases, SSIS, API Dev (Mulesoft), DevOps Tasks;

Ability to manage time efficiently;

Good communication skills and fluent in both English and French;

A self-learner passionate about different technologies with the ability to work independently as well as in a team and under pressure;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
