About the Role
The Account Manager will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality services, and driving revenue growth. This role seeks an individual capable of managing multiple projects, working effectively within teams, and collaborating across departments to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage client relationships, building strong and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with client objectives.
- Oversee campaign development across multiple channels and teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, provide performance insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to new business opportunities.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
- In-depth knowledge of the advertising industry and evolving trends.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
