Avipro - Go further than Henry IV

The ambition of Michel de Spéville and of his new company, Avipro, then Food & Allied Industries Ltd (F.A.I.L), created in 1966, was “a challenge to the king Henri IV who promised to the French people the traditional boiled chicken each Sunday!” The aim of Michel de Spéville was to ensure that chicken would be available at least three times a week on the dinner table of as many Mauritian families as possible.
